To open an account with Art Glitter, fax a copy of your business license and/or tax ID number, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if applicable. Or fill out the online sign-up form and email your licenses to sales@artglitter.com. To place an order you need a valid credit card number. Minimum opening orders are $150.00. Re-orders are $100.00.
